Pledge Manager & Late Pledge Store now LIVE!!!

Dear backers,
the time has finally come... our pledge manager is now live on Backerkit. The Late Pledge Store is also live: if you know someone who missed the campaign and would like to join, share the news! Both will stay open for two months and will close on friday 14th June: after this date, you won't be able to change your order to add/remove items to your order. However, you will still be able to update your shipping address until much closer to shipping (a precise date will be announced in the future, you don't need to worry about this now).
Survey invitation emails are being sent as you read this, so check your inbox! Note that it may take a few hours before all emails get through, though, so if you don't find yours just yet, there's no need to worry. If you still won't have received your survey in the next few days, check your spam folder first; if you don't find it there either, then don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
The survey should automatically handle most use case scenarios, but some particular situations may still need our direct manual intervention: again, if you have questions about the survey, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer care service.
A case that will absolutely need to be handled manually on our side is the Essen Pickup option. We're currently on track with our schedule, but the timing is pretty tight and we still can't exclude the chance we will be forced to delay fulfillment and miss the SPIEL window. If you plan to take advantage of the Essen pickup option, please fill the survey in its entirety, specifying your shipping address. The system will tell you it needs to charge you for shipping, of course, and this is normal. If there won't be any delay as we all hope, we will refund you the shipping costs in their entirety, as we did for the previous campaign. We will send you a form to compile when we will be closer to shipping (and sure we won't have any delay) to express your intent of taking advantage of the Essen pickup option. In the sad eventuality that a delay will occur, instead, we will already have all bases covered and we will be able to ship you your rewards without any further intervention on your side.

New miniature sculptures ready & pledge manager waiting final greenlight

Dear backers,
first things first: we just sent our pledge manager setup to Backerkit's internal review process. In 2 business days at the most we should receive their greenlight and at that point we will finally be ready to send backer surveys and open the late pledge store! We can also now officially announce that PayPal payments will be available in addition to regular credit card payments!
More exciting stuff: work on the new miniatures has been progressing quite nicely! Here's a few pictures of the mostly complete Speed Avatar and Fury Avatar miniatures!

Pledge Manager almost ready & new miniature pictures!

Dear backers,
we've been keeping a low profile, but we've been hard at work. The pledge manager will be opening soon. We're just waiting for the final approval of our new PayPal account, after which we'll have to link it with Backerkit and we'll be ready to go. If all goes according to plan, the pledge manager should be live later this week or early next week at the latest. Late pledges will also be available at the same time.
In the meantime, Stephane Simon has been working on more of the unlocked miniatures... the Parasite from the Deep is basically complete, and work has started on the Speed Avatar. Here are a few sample pics! It never ceases to amaze us how much detail Stephane manages to put in such small sculptures.

We'll post another update as soon as the pledge manager "smoke test" will start. Backerkit will pick a random 5% of backers and will send them the surveys, to test everything is ok one last time and give us the chance to make last-second fixes, if needed. We will also post an update when it will be officially 100% open for all backers and when late pledges will be live, of course. Stay tuned!

First post-campaign update! Here's what awaits us in the coming weeks...

Dear backers,
sorry for the wait. Since our campaign ended, after a small break to rest during the weekend, we went back to work with our heads down. We were hoping that our first post-campaign would already include the announcement of the launch of our pledge manager, but we still have a few details to iron out before we can send you invites to Backerkit. It's all mainly boring stuff relating to shipment data, the basic setup of the game parts is ready, and we can't wait to make it all available for you! Once the pledge manager will go live, you'll be able to submit your shipping data and select any amount of optional buys. Late pledges will also be possible!
We also took this time to wrap all data and finalize our production strategy. Many of you have been asking us to share our production timeline. Thanks to your enthusiastic support, we unlocked a lot of stretch goals, so we had to make our fair share of planning to ensure a smooth transition from ideas to reality. We're working on a fancy infographic allowing you to keep track of all the steps on the road to fulfillment, you can expect it to come soon in a future update.
We have also seen that many have been asking if we would "unlock" the two stretch goals that were not unlocked during the campaign, either for free or as a purchaseable addon in the pledge manager. A lot of the aforemention planning was used to investigate this possibility, but despite our best efforts and wishes, we are sad to say that we simply couldn't find a way to make it work, for both economical and practical reasons (production-wise).
The past 10 days were not exclusively spent on planning, though. Stéphane Simon has been working on the missing sculptures, with the Hybrid from the Deep basically ready, and initial work started on the Parasite from the Deep, too. Take a look at the pictures below!

Dear backers,
slightly less than 5 hours are left, and we're still unlocking stretch goals! After we completed the set of 4 Avatar rules with the Traps Deck Avatar, we revealed 3 more stretch goals with more acrylic tokens, and you already unlocked all of them! This also allows us to make you a small gift: we're adding 5 additional acrylic Light tokens to the additional set available as an optional buy, bringing the total of tokens included to 50, leaving it at the same price!
Those of you who already purchased this additional set will now receive 5 more tokens for free... while some of you may now be more motivated to purchase it!
We're also revealing a few more stretch goals... let's see how far we can push this!
Initially planned to be a Boss Creature, the Survivor has now become a Hero Character. With this card, we will be able to give you the chance to play against it as a Boos, restoring the initial plan!
This is another popular backer request, and another component upgrade like the bigger Evil screen. If we unlock this stretch goal, we will be able to produce a non-folded version of the K Map board (the one included with the KS-Exclusive expansion) and, most of all, ship it to all backers (including Survivor Pledgers)!
Unlocking and 305'000€, this is a concept we like very much. The Perfect Hybrid is an alien-infected human who turned into a Hybrid, but managed to retain part of its humanity... stronger than a regular hybrid, with a human intellect. A fearsome foe!
With this set of Mob Rules, you'll also be able to use the Perfect Hybrid as a regular Creature.
